The ABMS program has been designed to match the rapid growth of the borderless aviation industry. It covers 4 distinguishes Areas of Knowledge: In‐Flight Services, Ground Services, Air Cargo and Logistics, and Aviation Industry Management.
The curriculum is specifically intended to strengthen in-depth understanding of business, services, and management in the digital era. The international ABMS program is designed to foster “Solution Seekers” graduates who utilize a combination of data analytics, strategic thinking, and modern management methodologies aligned with international standards to ensure they are ready to drive global logistics growth.
A standout feature of the program is hands-on training aboard a full-scale university-owned Boeing 737, “HS-KMUTNB,” which serves as a mock-up model for procedural training. Through hands-on situations, students have great opportunities to develop career skills and solve challenges, including problem-solving, aviation business management and service management in the digital age. Advanced technology integration into initiatives would enhance customer satisfaction while increasing operational efficiency. The program also emphasizes data management, integration of technology in administrative processes, as well as familiarizing students with real aviation equipment. These attempts empower the graduates for gaining entry into their desired career field professionally .
The ABMS international curriculum indicates a total of 121 credits. The program is taught entirely in English to meet international benchmarks, with a third language option. Students gain a competitive advantage through the integration of data analysis skills into strategic decision-making, thus enhancing their global employability. Professionals with data fluency are in high demand across industries, so graduates have access to a diverse array of career pathways, including flight attendants, ground and airport operations staff, air cargo and supply chain professionals, as well as personnel related to aviation business management and service roles in international organizations. Students are required to enroll in a 16-week cooperative education internship. Overseas exchange opportunities to gain international experience are available as well.
